You must bring in or mail printed design to Tara & Co. to be entered into contest.

Tara & Co. will choose the top 20 Enchanted ring designs November 16th. That is where you come in! We will post the top 20 designs in the store, and the public will vote for their favorite. The winner will be announced on November the 21st and go home with a one carat diamond!

All entrants into the contest will receive a $250 gift certificate that can be used toward a diamond or ring from the Enchanted Bridal Collection. You can't lose. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!

 

Tara & Co Fine diamonds Enchanted Ring Design Challenge ~ Official Contest Rules

This contest is open to US residents as well as anyone currently living in Arkansas and in the Searcy area, 18 years of age or older. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Tara & Co jewelers, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members are excluded from this contest.

The official entry form for the "Design Your Ring and Win!" contest is the printed picture of a ring and head from the Enchanted Bridal Collection on www.taracodiamonds.com. Entrants may design a ring and print their entry form from www.taracodiamonds.com. Entries from individuals living in the Searcy area and up to a 50 mile radius must be submitted in person at Tara & Co Jewelers. Entries living beyond this local area may be submitted in person by mail or fax. Entries must be submitted between October 1^st  and November 16^th  Entries received before October 1^st will not be accepted.

The grand prize shall be awarded to one individual by a public vote between November 16-21. The grand prize is a 1.00ct  diamond. The grand prize is not redeemable for cash.

A $250.00 gift certificate toward the purchase of merchandise from the Enchanted Bridal Collection or a diamond shall be rewarded to all individuals who officially enter the contest. If the gift certificates are not used toward a purchase before May 30, 2010, the gift certificate becomes null and void.

By accepting a prize, the contest winner authorize the use, without additional compensation of their names and/or likenesses and/or voices/photographs and municipality of residences for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation: radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications, television, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Tara & Co. Jewelers may deem acceptance.

This contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws.

Only one entry per household will be accepted.

Tara & Co. Jewelers reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

All contest winners must a form as prepared and accepted by Tara & Co. Jewelers acknowledging acceptance and understanding of the contest rules before accepting a prize.
